SITE MANAGER
I. General Information:
- Job Title: Site Manager
- Job Description:
- Directly participates in project department activities related to construction organization, schedule & quality control.
- Organizes construction drawings, installation methods, material take-offs, procurements etc. for electrical and mechanical systems in the project.
- Complies with company standards, meets all design requirements and related legal procedures to complete the project.
- Coordinates with other related departments in the company and clients to meet project requirements.
- Contributes opinions to Project Manager, Department Manager on all works related to project management.
- In charge of ensuring occupational safety at site.
- Makes weekly reports on project status to Project Manager / Department Manager / Project Director.

- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Morning 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, Afternoon 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm) & based on actual project requirements
- Work Location: 189D/8, 189D5 Alley, Nguyen Van Huong St., Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
- Project Sites: Nationwide Vietnam / Overseas based on company assignment.
II. Basic Requirements
- Education / Professional Certification:
- University degree or higher in related fields like Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing etc.
- Design / Supervision certificates in relevant field.
- Site Manager Practicing Certificate.
- Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of direct working experience in an equivalent position (understanding, implementation, coordination, and management) in industrial, commercial, and civil projects.
- Personal Qualities: Powerful sense of responsibility and ability to withstand high pressure at work.
- Working Attitude: Good moral character, careful, enthusiastic, honest, and hardworking.
- Key Skills:
- Expert knowledge in construction management and related legal regulations for building services and construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D (preferably Revit), office software, MS Project, report writing and email communication skills, online conferencing.
- English communication and documentation at a working proficiency level (minimum TOEIC 500).
- Strong concentration, logical thinking, observation, analytical and summarization skills.
- Good organizational, planning, time management & presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and situational management capability.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, eager to learn, good teamwork and people skills.
