PROJECT EXECUTIVE

I. General Information

- Job Title: Project Executive Officer

- Job Description:

  • The Project Manager will work closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules stay on track. Project Manager responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans.
  • Manage and oversee projects end-to-end - from resourcing, budgeting, planning, materials, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards by all parties.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Address timely changes, issues, risks and ensure all parties are properly informed of latest developments, milestones, and budget.
  • Collaborate to develop project guiding policies, training documents and other documentation as required to promote the project.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for clients.
  • Obtain client acceptance for project deliverables.
  • Negotiate, persuade, and maintain client relationships throughout the project, especially during transitions.
  • Conduct project assessments and identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Take responsibility for the entire project.
  • Provide feedback to Project Manager, Department Manager on all project management related works.
  • Make weekly reports on project status to Project Management Department Head for assigned work.

- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Morning 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, Afternoon 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm) & based on actual project requirements

- Work Location:

  • Office: K8-14, Saigon Mystery, Binh Truong Tay Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Project Sites: Nationwide Vietnam / Overseas based on company assignment

II. Basic Requirements

- Education:

  • University degree or higher in related fields like Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing etc.
  • Relevant design / supervision certificates.
  • Project Management / PMP certificates.

- Experience:

  • 3-5 years of direct working experience in an equivalent position (understanding, implementation, coordination, and management) in industrial, commercial, and civil projects.
  • In-depth understanding of formal project management methodology.
  • Experience in managing construction projects, IT projects or other business projects.
  • Understanding of business project deployment.
  • Project oversight experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Computer skills, working with budget management and collaboration software.

- Personal Qualities: Powerful sense of responsibility, leadership, and ability to withstand high pressure.

- Working Attitude: Good moral character, careful, enthusiastic, honest, and hardworking.

- Skills:

  • Expert knowledge in building services and construction management and related legal regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D (preferably Revit), MS Project, Primavera... Office software, project management tools, report writing and email communication skills, online conferencing.
  • English communication at a working proficiency (minimum TOEIC 500).
  • Strong concentration, logical thinking, observation, analytical and summarization skills.
  • Good organizational, planning, time management & presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving and situational management capability.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines for projects undertaken.
  • Communication and information dissemination skills.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, eager to learn, good teamwork and people skills.
